The National Health Transformation Team is part of Aon’s Health Solutions US practice. This role can be based virtually within the United States.  Position responsibilities: Ability to consult, lead, oversee and enhance employer wellbeing program design and deliverySupport the Health Transformation team when establishing and articulating Aon's wellbeing vision, strategy and approachCollaborate with internal and external resources to identify critical integration strategies in the wellbeing and employer sponsored health center and virtual care spaceEnsure that all products/tools/offers align with and support Aon’s wellbeing, clinical and care point of viewTranslate theories and ideas into clear and actionable offers, tools, and approaches that can be deployed by our clientsLeverage appropriate resources across markets, regions, and business groupsUtilize broad health care experience to anticipate market trends, internal needs, and client needsProvide thought leadership around the development of specific wellbeing and clinical products, tools, and offersWork closely with Health Solutions consultants to support client strategic discussions related to wellbeing and clinical areasCreate scalable solutions that address wellbeing and benefit strategies with the power of data analytics to provide evidence-based health solutions for clients that improve health and productivity while positively impacting the bottom linePeople management of other health transformation team members is a possibility and mentoring is expectedCommunicate strategy, vision, and point-of-view through the marketing of new products, tools, and offers through articles, interviews, white papers, and speaking engagementsYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:Minimum of 8 years of health industry and/or consulting experienceClinical designation (Preference for Nursing degree)Demonstrated client, people, and business leadershipDemonstrated experience in the development and delivery of new products and offersDeep health care knowledge, including strong knowledge of the health market and industry, plans, vendors, special interest groups, professional organizationsKnowledge and application of clinical, non-clinical and business measurementProven track record of successfully developing a consulting approach, creating the expert team, and disseminating out to market consultantsStrong people management skillsBroad-base thinker with solid understanding of the overall approach to population health for employersStrong communication skills Education: Undergraduate degree; masters preferredClinical designation (Preference for Nursing degree) We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The salary range for this position is $96,000- 130,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
