Aon is looking for a Healthcare Industry Growth Leader in our East Region. This role brings the best of Aon to its Healthcare clients, serving as the voice of the customer and industry to Aon colleagues, and is responsible for driving innovation to tackle the industry’s largest problems in Risk, Health, and Retirement. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our Healthcare clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. Key Criteria:Providing leadership to coordinate internal industry and product resources to develop Aon’s value proposition and strategic plan as it uniquely supports commercial entities in the Healthcare space.Growing and deepening Aon’s relationships with the senior leadership teams of clients & prospects.Expanding Aon’s relevance through the understanding of our clients’ and prospects’ most strategic business priorities and emerging needs.Sells sophisticated services/solutions at the C Suite level and identifies opportunities to cross-sell all Aon solutions.Works on complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current trends. Identify, develop and nurture prospects in the Healthcare arena for Aon solutions and positions Aon favorably. Uncover and identify prospect needs, primary goals and corporate and departmental objectives.May be responsible for planning, scheduling, resourcing and implementing large projects programs.Lead Healthcare team prospect selling efforts internally and with the prospects team. Lead collaborative effort among members of a project team to deliver results.Direct a team or play the lead role in the management of a portfolio of prospects’ business.Experience, Skills & Knowledge:Holds deep knowledge and experience of the Healthcare Industry; proven understanding of the themes, trends and issues that impact Healthcare clients plus an ability to match those trends and themes to relevant Aon solutions.Creates and maintains outstanding industry insight and knowledge of the competitive environment across clients’ geographic footprint.Builds and maintains strong client relationships at the executive level across multiple buying centers, and uses that capital to understand objectives, influence client thinking, and produce results.Develops strong knowledge of the client’s financials and strategy and is adept in discussing this with the client and internal teams.Listens and communicates with a client-centric, strategic focus and adapts to communication style of the client; clearly articulates client needs and action items internally; builds consensus within Aon and client organization.7-10 years of experience selling P&C and/or Health & Benefits insurance products OR comparable sales experience (complex, solutions-oriented) within the Healthcare space.Must be comfortable and effective interacting with senior level colleagues and prospects.Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the Healthcare vertical, as understanding of risks related in this space is a strong advantage.Education:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experienceLife & Health and/or P&C license or willingness to acquire is requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
