A healthy work life balance is essential:

30 hours per week, schedule will vary Monday - Friday

Must be available for 4-8 hour shifts, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 7:00pm

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field

1 years of corporate fitness program development and implementation experience

Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required

ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification preferred or obtained within first year

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:

Work with Health Fitness Program Manager for successful execution of service deliverables/statement of work

Anticipate member and client needs by providing proactive service and adaptability

Help create engagement strategies for onsite programming

Create, market and implement community engagement initiatives for all client employees

Plan community engagement activities outside of the fitness center

Collaborate with site Team Leader(s) on the creation, implementation and execution of annual program calendar/strategic plan

Analyze and report success metrics achieved on defined engagement strategies and objectives

Assist the team in overseeing general facility operations, such as safety standards, equipment cleaning and maintenance and facility orientations

Lead new and innovative group exercise classes

Demonstrate commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal setting/achievement
