Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

Eligible to work in the USA

Pass a Background Screening

1yr of experience (preferred)

A valid NY HHA certificate

Picture Identification Card

Social Security Number

Pass Basic Exam

Pass a Drug Screen Test

Medical Exam with the year (2 PPD or Quanteferon Test, History of Positive PPD with Chest X-ray)

Immunization Lab Report ( MMR)

COVID Vaccination

We currently service the following areas : White Plains, Westchester, Bronx, Rockland county and surrounding areas!
