The Reimbursement Analyst will perform the following job duties and responsibilities:

*Assist in preparing hospitals' monthly closing analysis; preparing basic closing journal entries. *Prepares specific sections of the Medicare and/or Medicaid cost reports. Prepares Tricare cost reports. *Collects and manipulates large datasets using advanced Excel techniques *Compiles and reviews data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. *Provide routine operational support to Sr. Analysts, Manager or Director *Assist in conducting regulatory research related to Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare cost reporting *Assist with special projects. *Performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance/information services/accounting or eight (8) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Experience: Minimum of two years in accounting, financial analysis or reimbursement, preferably with a hospital setting.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong communication and analytical skills; Advanced Excel skills. Willingness to learn and advance through the reimbursement department.OUR VALUES
