Team Leader - Tanguay Supervised Apartment Program

(Full Time)

Location:

Woonsocket, RI

Tanguay, one of our residential treatment programs is searching for a Team Leader to coordinate program activities, provide supervision to program staff, and develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure compliance and licensing standards are being met. This position will be responsible for providing direct services to adults living with mental health and substance issues, in order to maintain and improve their level of functioning in the community.

We are looking for an organized, self-directed Team Leader who is comfortable using newer technology, welcomes change as part of their daily work routine, and appreciates a diverse, multi-disciplinary approach.

Education/Licensing Requirements

: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field is required. 3 to 5 years’ experience in community mental health and/or rehabilitation field is a must. Supervisory experience is preferred along with the ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. An approved driving record with the ability to provide transportation and home visits. Certification in CPR and First Aid.
