These duties encompass a variety of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and environmental services assignments\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eQUALIFICATIONS\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eRequired: \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Two (2) years of experience as a building maintenance technician, handy person, boiler worker, or related position\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; High School graduation or a G.E.D\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Must be at least 18 years of age\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. \u003cstrong\u003ePosition requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.\u003c/strong\u003e Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003ePreferred:\u003c/p\u003e
