First, you will need to visit or call your local hospitals and clinics. You can even go to their websites to see what job positions they have available. Look for jobs that aren't technical and will offer job training. In certain positions the medical facility will offer certification as well. Like with pharmacy and nursing aides, they will train individuals to work in these medical fields.
Another place you can look into nursing homes. There are more and more people going to retirement each year and need help with daily tasks. Some even move into long term care facilities and assisted living communities. You can visit these places and put in an application. Some of the positions you may find that you're eligible to apply or include activity assistant, administrative, dietary and janitorial. You can even volunteer at the beginning just so that you can get some experience under your belt.
Research facilities are also available for you to work in. You can train to become a medical professional, such as a phlebotomist or for working in clinical trials. You can even pick up extra money by donating plasma, which some facilities will pay up to $400 monthly.
