“When I was literally at the end of my rope with nowhere to turn for help, I looked outside the box of mainstream Western medicine alone to other forms of treatments. By taking my healthcare into my own hands, this opened up all kinds of opportunities for my own healing. From all that, I learned and have been able to accomplish my own healing, my passion for healing, and helping others began to take shape.”
Tamaras soon founded Dynamic Pain Relief, a company that provides information and products to promote natural pain and stress relief. As CEO of the company, Tamaras’s goal is to help others improve their overall health and well-being through natural methods such as Reiki, Reflexology, Reflexotherapy, Qi Gong, meditation, and essential oils. She also conducts stress-management workshops and is a life coach for people with disabilities.
“I try to teach people to examine themselves and their challenges and then to make the changes within themselves and their lives. Change is very hard for many of us, but with time, patience, hard work, and a deep desire for a positive outcome, change can be very rewarding,” she said.
Tamaras’s expertise has been sought after and featured in many publications, including The New York Times, First for Women Magazine, Natural Health Magazine, and Women’s World Magazine. She has also been featured in two books-Healthy Travel: Don’t Travel Without It! and Relieving Pain Naturally. Tamaras has also written several articles, including “Activating the Healing Process,” which was recently featured on TherapyTimes.com. Currently, she is busy writing her first book on health and the healing process.
Q. What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t working? A. Even when I am not officially working, I am pretty much always thinking about or studying health and healing for my own personal pleasure. I love reading and self-reflecting on books that elevate my spiritual consciousness and knowledge of the world. Above all, I enjoy spending time with my teenage daughter, who keeps me smiling everyday.

Although dealing with her health problems has been difficult for Tamaras, she claimed that it has given her better insight into how she can help others heal.
“From my personal experiences with mobility problems, chronic pain, and stress, I am able to connect with others facing difficult health challenges,” Tamaras explained. “My pain and healing journey has lasted many years, which has given me incredible awareness and knowledge that I try to apply, every day, to the work that I do.”
